Whistleblowing portal
We want an open and responsible business with high ethical standards. If you experience or become aware of objectionable matters related to our business, we encourage you to report them. The Working Environment Act requires that Norwegian businesses facilitate whistleblowing by having systems and routines for receiving reports, processing cases and investigating whistleblowing cases. Through our external whistleblowing portal, employees, partners, customers and other stakeholders can report matters in the company or around business operations that may be in violation of laws, regulations or our ethical guidelines.
What can you report?
Examples of objectionable matters may include:
- Breach of the Working Environment Act and other laws and regulations
- Corruption or financial irregularities (such as money laundering)
- Discrimination, harassment or bullying
- Breach of privacy or information security
- HSE-related mattersOther unethical or objectionable actions
How to report
Reports are submitted via our secure reporting portal, and you can choose to report with your name or anonymously;
Confidential treatment
All reports are treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable regulations. Reports will be assessed by authorized persons responsible for handling reporting cases.
